In order to collect all the necessary information, the office of the syndic may contact your chiropractor and any person or organization likely to help move the inquiry forward. During this time, the chiropractor is prohibited from contacting you.

Processing a request for an inquiry can take approximately six months, during which time the office of the syndic will keep you apprised of developments.
